M-TD11 Dynamic torque sensor is a kind of precision toque measuring instrument for measuring large torque, rotate speed, and mechanical power. 
This device is mainly used for detecting the torque and power of a locomotive, automobile, tractor, airplane, ship, and mining machinery, as well as sewage disposal systems, and applied in the process industry.

Torque Sensors Installation

Using two sets of couplings, install the sensor with a torque signal coupler between the power source and the load.

It is recommended to use flexible, elastic, or universal joint coupling to ensure concentricity <0.1mm

Power and load equipment must be fixed and reliable to avoid vibration.

The base of the torque signal coupler and the base of the device should be fixed as flexibly as possible (can swing) to avoid bending moment.

 

Signal processing

Send the torque frequency signal directly to the computer or PLC for processing

The torque frequency signal is F-V converted into an analog signal and sent to the data processor

The torque frequency signal is sent to the virtual instrument of the computer board card, and the torque and speed value, torque alarm value, torque maximum value, output, and input power value, and related curves are displayed in real-time

Use Attention

The wiring must be correct

The range of ±15V shall not be lower than ± 14.5V and shall not be higher than ± 15.5V

The signal output wire cannot be grounded or short-circuited to the power supply, and the output current shall not exceed 10mA

The shielding layer of the shielded cable must be connected to the common end (power ground) of the ±15V power supply
