Feature
1. This Disc type of torque sensor has three functions, Torque measurement function; Power and signal non-contact transmission function; Output signal digitization function.
2. Can transmit static torque signal, rotating torque signal, dynamic torque signal, and static torque signal
3. When the signal is transmitted, it has nothing to do with rotation, speed, and steering
4. There is no bearing between the stationary shell and the rotating disk, which can adapt to long-term, high-speed operation
5. There are no wear parts such as collector ring, and it can run for a long time at high speed

Installation
MTD16 Disc type torque sensor consists of two parts: a stationary housing and a rotating disk
Put the stationary shell on the outside of the rotating disk. Align both ends
Connect the two ends of the rotating disc to the power or load through a flange coupling
The stationary shell is fixed on the base, and the gap is adjusted to ensure that the stationary shell and the rotating column cannot touch.
Signal processing
Send the torque frequency signal directly to the computer or PLC for processing
Convert to 4-20m A or 1-5V analog signal

Use attention
1. The wiring must be correct
2. The range of ±15V shall not be lower than ± 14.5V and shall not be higher than ± 15.5V
3. The signal output wire cannot be grounded or short-circuited to the power supply, and the output current shall not exceed 10mA
4. The shielding layer of the shielded cable must be connected to the common end (power ground) of the ±15V power supply
