MFS15 Piston Type Flow Switch
The piston-type flow switch is composed of a cylinder core, a return spring, a forged copper or polycarbonate shell, and a sensor part. The housing is made of POM plastic or 316L stainless steel, the magnetic core is made of neodymium iron boron permanent magnet material, and the sensor magnetic switch is a medium power element. The inlet and outlet connections are standard pipe threads, and the threads are optional.
Working principle
When the water flow in the pipeline is greater than the set flow rate, the magnetic core is displaced under the action of the water flow and drives the magnetic source to produce a magnetic control effect so that the sensor outputs a "1" switch signal, which is input to the equipment control system and amplified by power Then achieve the purpose of water flow control. When the water flow in the pipeline is less than the set flow, the magnetic core drives the magnetic source back under the thrust of the return spring, so that the sensor outputs a "0" switch signal to stop the system.
