MPS Series Oil-filled Core Pressure Sensor
MPS series oil-filled core pressure sensors use internationally advanced high-stability, high-precision silicon pressure chips, and adopt a sintered seat with a stress-optimized design. Through patch, gold wire bonding, diaphragm welding, high-vacuum oil injection, pressure cycling, stress relief, High-temperature aging, temperature compensation and other process production. The product has excellent stability and excellent performance.
The miniaturized size is designed to meet the small size of the user's whole machine. It is used for pressure detection of media compatible with 316L stainless steel and nitrile rubber or fluorine rubber.
