Installation Method

1. Use screws to pass through the mounting holes on the sensor to fix the sensor on the mounting bracket

2. Make sure that the device is parallel to the ground (adjustable thumb screw and check the state of the horizontal bubble to determine whether it is parallel)

3. After the installation is complete, remove the protective cover

Current output signal conversion calculation

For example, the range is 0~1800W/, 4~20mA output, when the output signal is 12mA, calculate the current solar radiation value. The solar radiation range span is 1800W/, expressed by a 16mA current signal, 1800W//16mA=112.5W//mA, that is, the current 1mA represents the solar radiation change 112.5W/, and the measured value is 12mA-4mA=8mA. 8mA*112.5W//mA=900W/, the current solar radiation value is 900W/.

Voltage signal output conversion calculation

For example, the range is 0~1800W/, 0-10V output, when the output signal is 5V, calculate the current solar radiation value. The solar radiation range span is 1800W/, expressed by a 10V voltage signal, 1800W//10V=180W//V, that is, the voltage 1V represents the solar radiation change 180W/, and the measured value is 5V-0V=5V, 5V* 180W//V=900W/, the current solar radiation value is 900W/.
